Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully.

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products/goods to you. You may not change these terms without our prior written agreement.

Our contract of sale will begin once you have received an email from ourselves accepting your order. 

Shade variation is commonplace in the manufacture of tiles. By purchasing tiles, you accept this is an example of the tile you wish to purchase.

Availability of goods. If we or our suppliers are out of stock for any reason, we will notify you of the anticipated date of availability for dispatch and if this is longer than 14 days then we will give you the opportunity to cancel the order and to obtain a refund of any payment in full.

We will not be responsible for any losses you may suffer if we are not able to supply the goods within these times.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Delivery can be arranged but won’t be made until payment has been received in full.

If no one is in when delivery is attempted, we will contact you to re arrange delivery, there may be a charge for this. If this cannot be rescheduled, you will have 7 days to collect your goods from store after which there will be a storage charge applied.

Deliveries are made kerb side or in the nearest, safest place for our delivery driver.

Collection by you. If you have asked to collect the products from our premises, you can collect them from us at any time during our working hours. If your goods are not collected within 7 days, there will be a storage fee applied.

The goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the goods to the address you gave us or you collect it from us.

You must inform us within 24 hours of any breakages with photographic proof for us to issue replacements.

Returns of goods can be made for a refund minus 25% restocking charge of complete unopened resalable boxes only. For this you must return these goods within 14 days of purchase to store.

You are responsible for ensuring the goods are sufficiently suitable and fit for the purpose intended.

It is your responsibility to inspect tiles prior to fixing. Once the fitter has fixed the tiles any changes are chargeable. Unless specified beforehand, your tiler will fix the tiles as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

Please ensure that you have purchased the correct quantity of tiles for the tiler to complete the job ahead of time. Delays occurred by not having enough tiles or tiles arriving after the agreed start date/time will be chargeable. 

Your tiler will advise on how best to complete the job in all stages including prep work, tile fitting and aftercare. These steps will be outlined in your estimate. Failure to comply with any of these steps will void any warranty. Any extras not in the estimate will be chargeable.

It is your responsibility to ensure the area in which the tiler is to work is clear of any obstructions before they arrive. Failure to do this can result in the job not being completed. If this happens you will be offered the next available date for a tiler to return.

You will be given the opportunity to inspect the completed works, after this payment in full is required.

Once you have accepted your tilers estimate and agreed a date your contract of works is made. If you cancel within 48 hours of agreed start date a 50% late cancellation fee will be applied. If you cancel on the day of works to begin a 100% late cancellation will be applied.
